Coaching originally comes from the Hungarian word for carriage and was then derived from the English term “carriage”. It means “to give someone a carriage”. I think this sounds like an interesting metaphor: the passenger sits down comfortably and is accompanied on his transformative journey. This allows him to determine his own direction.
Too abstract? Here it is in a nutshell: Coaching is an accompanying process to support structured and systematically targeted, psychological change in your life.
As a Coach, I help you to achieve your goals. You can then walk the path yourself.
My life is pointless. Can I still see a Coach?
Yes, because finding meaning is my specialty. No matter whether you are easily depressed, frustrated or simply lacking motivation.
I will give you the tools you need to live your authentic self and let your inner radiance shine through.
However, you should not have a diagnosis of mental illness, because as a Coach I am only allowed to treat mentally healthy people.
What can Coaching do for me?
Coaching can completely change the way you think, feel and act so that you are happier in the long term. You get help in finding your purpose in life and this in turn helps you to align your ideal life with your values.
You will finally be able to get off the thought carousel and you will be supported in doing so at your own pace.
I am sorry, because I would like to promise you this 100%. But unfortunately I can't, because you are responsible for your own happiness. But if you come to me, I will do my best to help you becoming the best version of yourself.

The first introductory meeting of 20 to 30 minutes is free of charge for you. In this session we will discuss your topic or your current challenges and set an individual time frame for the collaboration, if you wish.
A coaching session of 60 minutes costs 90 euros.
